Walking with the banner

I walk in my first 1 of may march in La Paz. We was invited by the national petroleum union to walk with them, in the same march that the President Evo Morales walked in. It was really fun, we carried their banner, something that made some people look twice on it. During the march the miners used dynamite as firecracker in the middle of the street. So each time the march stopped we knew that a explosion soon came. It was small holes in the asphalt after it. Later we came to the President palace where Evo Morales held his speech. Later I saw parts of it on BBC, so theoreticly I was on BBC. At one moment I was only 2 meters away from Evo Morales and one of the other norwegians got to shack hands with him. So that was the first time I celebrated 1 of May.
